Paypal Frozen?
As part of our security measures, we regularly screen activity in the PayPal system. During a recent screening, we noticed an issue regarding your account.
A recent review of your account determined that we require some additional information from you in order to provide you with secure service.
I received funds for $950, which was my current earnings this month up to now. It is currently all frozened up and I cannot accept nor withdraw any funds whatsoever.
They require the following:
Fax Documentation
Credit Card Added and Verified
Password Changed
Security Question Changed
Im only 13, I can do the rest but I can't add a Credit Card. If Paypal finds out im 13, my money is just stuck forever. Before, I had my business account with my mom's credit card in it, now that that's closed I cant use it so I made my own. So what should I do to unfreeze without a CC ?

Are you sure that's not a spoof email?
I receive those emails every day from paypal.
Check that the email has YOUR NAME on it like, Dear Janet Washington, and not Dear Paypal member or something like that.
Password change and addition of a credit card sounds VERY fishy to me. Swindlers ask this information on these spoof emails everyday.
Send the email to spoof@paypal.com
My heart has jumped a few times reading the emails and sure enough they are always SPOOF!
If you already changed your password, etc. you are probably frozen out because they took your account over!! Never fear, you are protected by paypal.
If it truly is real and addresses you by name I would have an adult call the company and demand payment.. or get them to use their credit card at least until you pull the money out of the account. You don't have to wait 180 days to withdraw.
In any event, CALL them immediately and find out what's going on and that someone may have taken over your paypal account. You don't have to tell your age. If you sound young, get an adult to make the phone call for you.
Please let us know if it was spoof.
If your smart enough to run your own business and make that much money at 13 then Im sure you will figure it out. I need your secrets for your success. I have been on Ebay and dont make that much for several months!
Sounds like a scam
Do you have a check card with a CC logo? If so, you can use that. It doesn't need to be a traditional CC.

P.S. Paypal is notorious for doing this type of dirty business to it's consumers, it's not always account highjackers. None - the- less, be careful.
They didn't Freeze your account it's a Scam letter write to spoof@paypal send them the letter someone got your info & they wiped out your account paypal says your name those letters say dear member if it says that it's spam & they got your info & wiped out your account I always delete them but 1st I always send the letter to spoof & they tell me it's a phoney letter.

Is there anyway you can open a bank account with an adult and get a debit card with a visa logo.? These cards work just like a credit card. Paypal will accept this card as a credit card. Don't tell them it is a debit card with a Visa logo.
In the mean time, tell Paypal you no longer have a valid credit card, but you will try to get one.
I agree with GenieAngel. I also received lots of spoof mails. Did you happen to check the links before you click. I moved my mouse arrow over and lo and behold, the link that was given in the mail and the one at the status bar right at the bottom of my windows does not match.
I think you had better check it out.
