How do you succeed in working on different tasks in the same time?
Answer:
Most likely managers have set agendas they follow and separate the two. I think mutlitasking is a difficult skill only a few possess. In most cases people probably have to concentrate on a task at a time assuming that it does require some brain power. Scientifically speaking, I've read many times that women in general are better than men at multitasking (explains why I have trouble multitasking). So if you're a male manager you may have some competition coming your way from the opposite gender. =)
Its business when you're at work and personal when you're on your lunch hour, or you have time to spare. You can mix them up in your agenda!
i am not a manager in a company but i am the manager in our house, a mother-manager.i manage things for my daughter and husband by a list on my diaries.i list a schedule of what to cook for the day and the following day.i can also do personal tasks during my baby daughter sleep.though motherhood is not listed in the professional field but i think they should put it on the list coz it's where your abilities and patience tested and sharpen.ahaha
