Sprint lawsuit?

Ugh! I don't care for sprint because they're dishonest. You can go to a sprint store as another person suggested and demand they replace your phone for the same phone you had that's of equal value. Show the paper work that you have a warranty of the phone and they HAVE to replace of equal value. If you have the proof, they have to give the proper service. As far as being double billed? You need to let them know about that too because that's wrong as well. As far as suing them. not sure you can do that til you've exhausted all avenues to get them to replace your phone properly. Just bug the heck out of them and demand that you speak with management as well.if nothing, then tell them you're going to discontinue their service and you'll tell everyone you know that uses sprint how badly they handled your claim and make sure that they're boycotted.. a friend of mine had the same problem..she finally went into a sprint store after they "replaced" her phone 5 times..and each time it BROKE!.she told them either give her a new GOOD phone or she was canceling her service..they finally did.

Contact the attorney general in your state and file a complaint. They take your complaint and contact Sprint regarding the complaint. That usually resolves your issue. I have done it twice in my state with similar consumer problems. You might be able to do it all online.
