I have a big criticism of a storage company and they won't listen to me. Is there a site to air a grievance?

I'm looking for a website to warn people of terrible customer service and a very nasty attitude all the way around for American Self Storage in Alexandrea, VA.

Call the Better Business Bureau..
use the net - that will get their attention big time . The last place you want your company name is the net in a lousy post .
Report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Call your local Better Business Bureau. Or if one of your local TV stations has a spot that deals with issues like these contact them
Use the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I just used them to complain about a company. They say it could take awhile when you fill it out online, but it has only been a week, so I don't know how long it will actually take. That will get the company's notice.

If you want other people to find out, just rant at any number of websites. That is the easiest way to spread the word.
