What are indirect benefits? what are the different types of indirect benefits?

Answers:
I'll give this a shot, but i'm not sure of the context you're looking for. If you are referring to benefits on a job, then DIRECT benefits are things like medical insurance, a 401K,and salary. Indirect benefits would be things like 1) contacts that you make by working on the job, 2) the experience that you gain to help you in the next job, 3) skills you learn on the job that can benefit you in your life outside of work. Generally, indirect benefits are things that are less tangible than your salary (i.e. you can quantify how much $1000/week in salary is, but not necessarily how much "on the job training is worth"). On the job training is an indirect benefit of the job.
