It appears to be a complicated type of pyramid selling scam where you have to pay money to earn money and end up paying to join other schemes to get more money!
Remember: If it's too good to be true it usually is.
Check out the link below, there is a story of a guy who spend $400 and only managed to get $11 back in comission.
I think it's some type of mlm program. You sign up to the company pay them a certain amount a month for being a member and then they tell you to join other companies to do the same. You earn money by recruiting people to do the same.
I personally would stay away from this, there are much better and easier ways to make money.
