I have a bunch of used costume jewlery that I am trying to sell?
I have gone to the flea market twice, and have had garage sales, but they were not that succesfull. any Ideas?

I would create a Blog because a blog is free. Just go to google search engine and type Blogger. If you can get a website made then great because, remember, if you can sell your jewellery, maybe you got a niche and sell other people's too and get comission. So use this as a learning curve, to find ways to sell on internet. Now, you could find a web designer and work together as a team. When two minds work together, this is called Master Mind - because two minds come together and create this master mind - and ideas suddenly flow together. So, find a web designer cause you might have a niche market, and there's always people out their with old jewellery.
But let's say you don't do that, then ok, create a blog which is easy when you know how, and take photos of your jewelley and upload them, and with each jewellery piece, add a story behind it. That way people feel something with each piece.
Now, remember, people are wary of buying things on the internet but you're going to use the blogger to direct traffic to see the jewellery you're selling. How then, you might ask? You'll have some business cards, with web address of your blogger and network with people. Go and meet people.
Now, you might want to also go to www.lulu.com where you can design your own little brochure and it's so competitive that you can buy your own brochure, even if it's just 5 copies. So you got something to show, or you can have a few sets with you of your jewellery.
Packaging is important, and xmas is coming so get some nice boxes, package your jewellery. make sure you clean your jewellery. Make them look new.
Now, also use crafts forums on internet and write about your blog which has your jewellery. Your goal is to drive traffic into your blog. Be patiant and soon with effort you'll have people looking at your stuff you want to sell.
I hope that's helpful but if you don't want to do a blogger, then go to as many crafts places, go to community centres which have their own community newsletter and put free adds and just say, if I sell one or so, I'll give comission from each one.
