I can help did you pay with a credit card through paypal if you did all you have to do is dispute the charge or can also do this with an atm card and call the bank if you did an see what they can do. You can dispute and win. I also would report this to ebay and paypal and tell them of this fraud and that you want a full return. I hope you used a credit card as you are protected. Good luck.
