Is there a way out (Loop hole) to the general Vending Company Contract?

Really need some help here. Thanks!

Answer:
You need to carefully read your document. All contracts differ.

There are usually headings for different sections of your contract.look for sections that deal with "default", "termination", "severance" or "cancellation" or "renvewal".they should define grounds for cancelling the agreement.otherwise, you should check the specific services being offered by the vendor (see: "warranties" and "representrations" or "services provided") to see if your vendor is upholding all terms of the agreement. When one party does not uphold the terms of the original contract, that in itself could be grounds for termination. You should check with an attorney.some will provide a free consultation. If you cancel in violation of the terms of the agreement you could leave yourself open to a lawsuit. It is MUCH CHEAPER to pay for legal advice before taking action than it is to defend yourself in a lawsuit.
