As a powerseller on Ebay, I think it looks good.
I took a seminar from Ebay Live this year called Ebay Stores 101
The only thing I see you missing is a small description of what you mainly sell in your store up by the logo area. That description is searchable in Ebay, so say someone is looking for children's shoes & do a search on that, your store will show up as being one that carries them.

make it look professional of ur page and take good clear pics..
open a website and get a merchant's account to accept credit card payments. then when you sell on ebay include a business card inthe shipment, or if anyone asks you a question re an item on ebay, you can reply by email and give them your web address to go to. you can't put a web address in your ebay auctions but there are ways around it to drive bidders to a business web site.
Models will make your auctions look better. You can also purchase a store front templae from auctionaddons.com or other source to get a more profesional looking store. If you don't already belong to ebay and yahoo groups dedicated to gymboree and kids fashion definately join as many as possible. They will allow you to "spam" all the members whenever you list a new auction
