I have been at the same publishing company for about 4 years now, i started out in customer service, was there for about 2 years then got promoted to senior, then i made a lateral movement into a sales dept as the sales coordinator. There are 10 people total. I deal with sales inquiries, sales leads, any event planning within the company, basically anything that the higher up people dont want to do. To put it bluntly, i'm tired of my job and lately dont feel like i'm being developed at all. Im feeling like nothing will ever open up at my company. I've been a sales coordinator for 1 year 8 months, no promotion in sight..i feel like my co workers dont like me or care about me...i am in school for my masters in management communications. I dont really know what other types of jobs i could do now!

I commend you for making the move over to sales, you have broadened your experience base and invested in your future.
Is your ultimate goal a promotion or something better? Not to belittle the acknowledgment that comes from a promotion, but it is more important to find what you are passionate about, what you would do for free because you are wired for it. There is a book out there I think titled "Do what you love and the money will follow".
Last but not least . . . there is great value in having faith. Faith that it will work out if you are willing to choose trust over anxiety. You have the power of choice . . . choose your attitude wisely.
As for not being liked . . . that can be okay. Don't fight fire with fire. Remember "love wins" - although it takes patience. Not my favorite word either! Realize that you are truly loved. The sooner that you realize and accept His perfect love for you the sooner you will know fulfillment. Promotion or not.
