(Vancouver, BC) Coins: Those machines you can pour your coins in and get cash back.?

I haven't see them at Safeway anymore, I have a giant bucket of coins that I would like to cash out.

Answer:
I noticed that your question originated from Canada, and most of the previous answers came from Americans, as I have made several coin buying trips into Canada, I know that your Commanwealth's banking system does not like people who walk in with buckets of change.

My suggestion would be, first bring your change to a financial institution, tell them you would like to open a savings account, push that bucket across the counter. Come back the next day, POOF, a fee free transaction. Another neat idea, actually keep the savings account, you would be amazed at how much you can wrack up saving your change in an interest bearing account.
most banks will take of your problem, and they are actually cheaper, the machines charge a fee
Definitely do it yourself or take it to a bank. It's free! Those coin machines are a rip-off. I know CoinStar charges 8.5 cents for every dollar. It's like paying sales tax for using the machine =P. It might not seem a lot, but if you have a significant amount of change to cash, it might be a problem
