I asked the same question. I'm 13 too and I want money and a lot of ppl suggested sites where u can go and like asnwer surveys and they pay u a lot. I haven't tried it yet. It sounds like a scam but ppl say that they did it and it's not a scam. Good Luck and if u find ur way of making money let me know!

Try washing cars, mowing lawns, raking leaves, a paper route, tutoring younger children in any topic you are good at school; you can sell cookies door to door; collect old newspapers, magazines and aluminum cans from your neighbors and sell them to a recycling facility.
At 13 it is difficult. There are several things that might work. Depends on where you live. Some things that my daughter tried were:
House/pet sitting for people who are going on vacation. Just stopping by after school to make sure the cats are ok, have food, etc. Water the plants, take in the mail, etc.
Home services for busy moms. Maybe they don't need a babysitter but how about someone who can come in after school and do the dishes, vacuum the floors, etc. Not a great job but if you need the cash and they are willing to pay, then it may be worthwhile.
Window washing, car cleaning, dog walking, lawn/yard maintenance, etc.
There's a website I use for extra cash, you fill out surveys giving companies your opinion on their products, and they pay you! Yes, it's legitamite, and yes, you can do it at 13 (that's the minimum age, I believe).

I think a lot of money can be made on the Internet.

I've come across four legitimate opportunities whereby you can work from home. As far as I can tell however, these offers will not supplement a full time job income. You can definatly make some extra spending money on the side (as I have) through these sites and the best part of it is that you will never give these people a credit card number or money.
