Who owns the property?
Answer:
You would have to go down to your local city hall and pay for a property search. The process is different in every city.
County Clerk will have those records.
The obvious place would be to check your lease agreement. It is probably between you and the landlord and not the management company. Besides, the lease agreement may specify what legal remedies you may seek and against whom. Another option would be to go to your county clerk's office and look at the real property tax records to see who is listed as the current owner of the property. Good luck.
County Recorder's Office.
To make your lawsuit more fun, sue the owner AND the property management company.
