Ebay problems?

TODAY I BUY SOMETHING IN EBAY , THE AUCCION SAY THAT PAYPAL WAS ACCEPTED, BUT WHEN I TRY TO PAY A MESSAGE APEARS SAYING THAT,( THE RECIPIENT IS NOT ACEPTING MONEY ) I ALREADY TRY TO CONTACT THE SELLER BUY SHE DON'T ANSWER, SHE CAN OPEN A DISPUTE?IF SHE DO THAT WHAT CAN I DO?

Answer:
just save the page of the auction where say that she accept paypal and save the page in paypal where say that you try to pay
I would keep emailing her until she responds. The only thing I can think of is that maybe she doesn't except paypal and forgot to take that option off. Good luck.
this is weird keep trying to contact her if you cant go to ebay help and type in your message they get back to you really quickly :) you won your prize so she should accept your payment and send it to you good luck :)
It takes 10 days before they can open a dispute, if they do.ebay gives you the right to respond.
If they just decided not to sell the item to you because they really wanted more money then you can give them a bad rating.
