Answer:
I haven't checked cos I'm too lazy but when I had to do a report on M&Ss sales over 95-2000 I found they had published all their sales reports on the business side of their website. perhaps you could do a similar thing with cadburies or nestle?

I know that they can be quite helpful to students if you e-mail them asking for any promotions packs they give away, or educational packs even. Hope this helped.
Well, a little choccie business knowledge for you: last year or the year before Cadbury bought Green & Black's, well known for their Fair Trade (and thoroughly delicious) choccy comestibles. Maybe you could look into that and see how much more profit they made from flogging Fair Trade.

Also, I think Mars may publish their business details online. Also, try the Financial Times website (if there is such a thing) or Reuters.
You need to access a company called Mintel - they report on markets and market sizes. They do charge but you may be able to pull the student line. If not try dropping one of the big media owners a line via the 'advertising' button on home pages. Yahoo!, AOL or MSN, play the project/graduate etc line and see what happens. Good luck.
