I have a contract as a consultant with a company who now want to terminate the contract what rights do i have?
Answer:
Totally depends on the contract. Does your contract have a contingency clause or a termination clause? If so then your rights are spelled out there.
Consultation is, by and large, at-will and can probably be terminated by either party, but either you or your attorney will have to look to the contract for clarification
depends on the language and provisions of the consulting contrat itself.cannot answer without that.see an attorney
Your legal rights are defined in the contract.
If you are smart enough to be a consultant, why do you have to ask us. Another question, Why would you want to work for someone who doesn't like you
Another: What did you do to them that they want to get rid of you.
