How to incorporate a business?

Answer:
Don't you think it is more imortant to know what type of corporate entity will provide you witht he best protection?

There are "S" type corporations, LLC's, traditional corporations, etc.

If you know the type of corporation you need, typically you can go to the Secretary of State for the State you want to incorporate in and find instructions.

You can go to a website as was indicated above and have them do it for you. Although they provide a good service, I would recommend that you see an attorney. Believe it or not, many times, the charge will not be more than the websites charge, but they will ask you more questions and protect your interests better.
