Can someone give me a great idea on how to write a creative not the usually coverletter and resume that will..

As a Job Search Specialist for 15 years and former Human Resources Interviewer, I recommend that people STOP writing skill-based resumes (or using templates) and move towards accomplishments-based resumes.
Before any one writes a resume, they need to understand that companies don’t care if we’re looking for a job. Companies care about themselves and more specifically, they care about making $, saving $ and saving time (because time is $) . . . this is the language of business.
An accomplishments-based resume contains statements that are specifically designed to tell a company how they will be better off as a result of hiring us. Instead of saying to a company, “hire me because I want a job” (skill-based resumes and templates) we need to say, “hire me and I’ll make you lots of money and/or save you lots of money and/or save you lots of time . . . very, very persuasive!
This is done with an accomplishments-based resume.
