Being the anti-capitalist that I am, I'd confront the bourgeoisie prick on it. As corrupt as our system is, the worker still has some protection against exploitative ** like this.

I think supervisor A has a personal vendetta with you. Just come at 3:30 and punch in at 3:30.
First of all I would ask why you are expected to show up before your start time if your not doing any work, are you paid for that half hour before you start? If you are not expected to work until 3:30 why are you at work sitting and not working? Are you getting a guarantee for your time of showing up on time? A gurantee of your pay. Are you getting any benefits yourself from that? Only they benefit and your not paid? I would report it to the unemeployment office for neglegence on the company or the irs. Good luck
Ask to see the HR manager (or whoever is in charge of personnel matters anyway) and explain the situation. In any case, I would punch in at 3.30.
I would double check the time cards and if it says 3:30pm, I'd inform sup B if I should start coming in at 3:30 pm. and SHOW him the card (^.^)
