What is the best way for clients to pay me on ebay?

I know paypal is the best way but it is not supported by my country (malta). i can pay via paypal but I can't receive money. I need to receive amounts less than £2 so i can't afford to pay certain bank fees.

Let them credit to Paypal and use that amount to pay for your own expenditure in dollars when you buy online. Small amounts are expensive to receive through bank.
