HELP!

Answer:
You can legally keep anything that comes in the mail addressed to you that you didn't order. What they did is illegal. But to avoid any further harrassement from BMG I would just send it back. If you want to keep the CD send them the invoice back with a note telling them you didn't order it but you are keeping it and not paying for it since it is totally within your legal rights.
write "return to sender" on the package and put it in the mailbox
Send it back if you don't want it. That's how they work, sending you stuff whether you like it or not, in the hopes that you will like it or are too lazy to send it back.
Call them up. You need to know how they got your information and how the account was setup. There is a small chance this could be the beginning of an indentity theft problem. Also, check your credit to make sure you don't have any other accounts out there unknown to you. Everyone is allowed one credit check free each year.
