I recently got change from a store, and I was given a blue quarter. It is a 2002 US quarter with the state of Louisiana on the back. At first I thought someone colored it in, but I it was too well done. i looked on the internet and found that someone last year found a blue New Jersey state quarter. Is it a mishap in printing or some special edition quarter? Any info is appreciated!
