i have a poor crediy rating and want to change my bank. im with thinkbanking but they take £13 a month charge. HSBC, Abbey and Barclays wont give me one. PLZ HELP!

open a basic account with natwest or woolwich.
natwest u get online banking and a debit card.
woolwich gives u a debit card and cheque book.
neither needs a credit check.
try and get you bank charges back first then change banks if you can
