Plese can anyone give me any advice .I want to close my momument credit card .I have paid the balance off and want to claim back the £19.00 annual fee they took in March 07 statement .I feel it is unfair as it is only just over a month ago.They first said i may be able to do this then since 2 advisors have said no .I cant find my terms and conditions book ... Can anyone help ?

I havent got a monument credit card, but I can only assume you go about claiming the fee back in exactly the way you would do it with a normal credit card company.
Give them a ring and ask them, they should sort you out.
