Has anyone ever bought anything on ebay, used paypal and never got the item you bought? What happened?

If you paid via Pay Pal, you can put ina claim with them - you will get your money back
i have always received my items, did you have insurance, most of the sellers offer insurance. ebay doesnt like to be bothered they always put you off on pay pal .
You can contest the charge with your credit card company if all else fails.
