Ever heard of NetDetective? There are dozens of internet detective services, whether you want to locate someone personally, or have someone do it for you. I am constantly using NetDetective to find people and their histories. You usually have to pay a fee to join, this one was $34.95 for life. But, don't be fooled, you have to sometimes pay additional fees for extended research and record locating. It's amazing what I have found out about people over the internet.
