I want to know more about eBay through pay pal?

i want to know, if i were to purchase or bid on items in ebay could i use the pay-pal (personal) or do i need to get the (premier) account .

To pay for eBay items with PayPal, you just need to register, and give them your bank account number.

The premier account is for people who sell on eBay, so they can accept credit cards.
You just need the personal account.
What I did was signup for Pay pal with my email address. They give you some options about how to fund your account That's all there was to it.

Then when someone wanted to pay me through paypal, I had to upgrade to premiere account. There was no fee involved.

So I would say thay you only have to have the personal account to buy.

In order to pay for a purchase from eBay, you only need their regular account. Sending money doesn't add any fees to your purchase price. Having others send you non-credit card payments doesn't cost you anything, either.

However, if you want to receive PayPal credit card payments, you'll have to "upgrade" your account. Then a percentage of EVERY payment you receive goes to PayPal.
