I claimed over three years ago now, I went through all the preliminary work wereby you have to inform the company who sold you the policy why you think you were mis sold the policy, what they should have sold you, and finally tell them what they should now do to put things right, if they then come back to you and say in there opinion you weren't mis sold, its then the financial ombudsman becomes involved, thats were I am now and have been for nearly four years, is any one else experiencing a similar delay?
