Definitely China and I am saying that even though even I am an Indian, India's inherent corruption, and the balatant reservation policy which pushes away the talented and the studious and supports those less meritorious will ultimately undermine it's progress, add to it the lazy "chalta hai" attitude of the younger generation ,and India doesn't stand a chance

I lived in both countries for many years. India is a culture of failure, they are low on innovation, they are very dis-organized and have no ethics. Their streets, traffic, pollution, infrastructure are all a mess.
China has a language barrier, but it is very organized, is getting good infrastructure, and the people are far smarter.
India doesn't produce ANY innovative unique products, China produces tons of them. My bet is China.
