Find a niche..a special market for which you want to clean (eg medical offices) and target them hard. Join your local Chamber of Commerce..a list of members would be helpful to you.

It will all depend on your area. Make a list of all your competitors. If there are alot, you won't make money. You will be too busy cutting your price to compete. Check the phone book and service directory usually at the back page of your newspaper or one of the "Penny Saver" free papers. A good way to also test is to make a bunch of flyers and pass them out BEFORE you own any equipment. Test to see how many calls you get. Then, just tell people that you are all booked up for the next six months and you cannot get to them right now. Good luck
