If you think you can do more, you probably can.
Divide your tasks into what you can finish now, what may take you all day and what may take you much longer and finish the nows and bust up the others.
And don't be afraid to ask for help. Just because it seems like you are alone in your work, you are not. You may find that people are willing to help you just for the satisfaction of thinking they are making a difference.
And last but not least, SMILE. It makes people think you are happy in what you do, even when you are not.
As you work there longer and understand what's going on, you will feel more confident in your stance/position within the office environment. Additionally, if you ask a lot of questions, you will understand more, as you ask questions to gain more information and realize that you already know the answer as the explanation is given, yuor confidence level should improve.
It honestly takes time. Maybe you could come early or stay late a couple days a week and just get to know other people you work with and explore and ask questions.
It's quite too soon for someone to gain any confidence at work in 3 months. Being good at your job, and your supervisor's praise will help a lot.

Try talking to people more, especially managers and people who have experience there. Gain some insight into what's going on with the people and activities where you work. It will also help others get to know you more.
From the good reports you said you've gotten, it seems you only need to feel better about yourself in this job. Keep doing your best, ask questions, and get some understanding about your surroundings.
