How many have called the 1-866 # to request a Berkeley Settlement claim form and have gotten it?

I called the # and then tried on line. This is where it took me.
The last class action lawsuit I was in came in a legal letter from the Lawyers that were filling the suit. This came as a postcard. SO WHATS UP!!
