I have an off-and-on job. When I do go to work, there is not much for me to do. Should I find another job?

If it's steady pay with benefits and you can support yourself then I think I would stay. I don't do much on my job although I would like a different one for reasons due to how I'm treated not because of the job. If you have no issues with the boss then why would you want to give up such cush?
Of coarse, if you aren't happy doing the work itself, then by all means---- change jobs.
