Product return vendor refuse to refund my money back?

I Bought a phone and I didnt liked the model, so i returned the phone back to the vendor with all the items in the package (Phone, manual etc.). Now they refuse to pay money back stating they did not receive the manual along with the phone. I am 100% sure i returned with the package. The Vendor flatly refused to refund my money back. Is there anyway i can legally approach this matter. The money is very little so i dont want to spend too much on this. Any help is appreciated.

Now your move is to contact this vendor, in person if possable and tell them you want your phone back then if they are not going to refund your money. I will bet anything they have no idea where it is, at which time you ask to speak to the manager and demand either the return of your PAID for phone or a 100% refund. They cant do both. they either return the phone or refund. It's really their choice, but if there is no phone to return they only have 1 choice. Good Luck

No, pretty much you are as screwed as I am with my problems. It would cost you more to do anything legally so you should just bend over and take it.
All you can really do is report them to the Better Business Bureau for bad business practices.
