I fsomeone taking money from your bank account?

barclays bank account, last month someone took money for 1sf time, i changed my card but yesterday they took again. i contacted with Barclays and they response that it was done over the internet, they will send forms and after that . but i need that money now not in a future! what can be done and how to deal with that?

Answer:
Complete paperwork in order for the bank to refund you your money. I went through the same thing the end of last year. I started 2006 with over -$2000 that I had not spent. To avoid this ever happening again, I am now using a private and secure ATM debit card that is only accessible by a PIN that no one knows but me. No hacker on the internet can get through. Your cash is always safe and secure. Try it you will like it. Email me at: maxnit@yahoo.com
Notifie your State police.
change banks for a start, barclays are letting you down.
talk to the bank customer service VICE PRESIDENT.
First NEVER accept that they will deal with it later as an answer. There is so much Internet crap going on that even the most pristine bank accounts have been hit, and you need the money a lot more than your bank needs to keep the money from you. Tell them UNEQUIVOCALLY that you want that amount credited to your account and if by any chance it has been determined that the charge is yours you will pay them back. Also below is the link to the PDF file of Barclays Responsible Banking booklet - it should have the President CEO etc. I find when I call my bank I am measurably more successful when I mention those types of people by name. As in, Well, I'm going to have to tell Charles this when we have lunch at the palace next week. which is a huge stretch as I am from california and not likely to munch with the Prince of Wales soon.but you get my point
Fill in the forms to get your money back, Keep on at the barclays, explain that you really really need the money, perhaps they could give u a temp increase of your overdraft while u wait for the money to come back into your account.

In the meantime go to another bank, explain the situation and switch bank accounts! IF barclays cant be bothered with you then why should you give them your custom! The people have obviously gotton hold of more than your card details.

Good luck with it.
Have you used your bank card over the internet? If so, stop using it, as that is probably where the theft is occuring. One should never give bank card account information over the internet.

A bank card attached to your checking or savings account is fair game for anyone with access to your account number, it's like cash! They can take your money. Try to get a card where you deposit a certain about on a debit card, so you can monitor the card, if such a card is available where you live.
contact with ur local police & see that soon everything would be allright & just temporairly close ur account
I suggest you go back to them and tell them you need the money desperately and ask if you can have an overdraft while they are investigating. Usually, most banks should refund you so that you are not out of pocket because of fraud. If that's the case, you'll get any bank charges refunded.

If they try to get out of helping you in this case, contact your local citizens advice bureau to find out your legal position and what you can expect from your bank
If they don,t give you your money back, say nothing just wait a sort time , get a bank loan and don,t pay it back. when they write tell them now what you think,

I hate banks
