In your situation, you probably cannot, unless you have some special skill or talent that you didn't mention.
Normally, I would say to avoid all the "easy money from the Internet" sites, because most of them are scams to take your money (not make you money). However, since you have no money, you can not send them any money, so you could not be tricked into sending what you do not have. So, google making money from the Internet and see if any of the thousands of sites listed are legitimate.
A legitimate site will not ask you for money in advance. If they do, it is not legitimate and you will not make any money from them.

Your best bet is to provide some kind of computer service. You can start really cheaply by reading used computer books that are still pretty current. Borrow books from the library, friends etc. If you decide on an area, you can have the skills to make some OK money in as little as a year and a half, you have to read a lot and apply yourself, but it's unlikely that someone will hand out easy money for little work.
