Client referrals best way to send thank you that are creative and if possible inexpensive?
Answer:
I work 2 jobs, one as a florist and one as a wine merchant. I find most times either a nice but inexpensive bottle of wine (yes, there is such a thing) creatively gift wrapped or an artful floral arrangement are good choices. If you're willing to spend about $40-$50, glads are in season and if the florist knows what they are doing, they can create a glad basket and attach a bottle of wine. Gift wrap is usually about $5.00 everywhere. What you get is a beautiful floral arrangement that can be enjoyed for about a week and a half and a bottle that will hopefully be enjoyed for one night. good luck
Hi there -
Thank You cards with a personal note work.
If business resulted from the 'connection', a Floragift bouquet, Gift Certificate for a dinner for 2 etc.
You want to keep the contact 'warm' so referrals will continue.
That being said: you need to deliver your goods/services to your new client with excellence.
Good Fortune to You!
You may want to return the favor by referring them to others as well. Why not send notes to your clients about that person (make sure they get a copy) and ask for even more referrals by stating that you appreciate their support and believe in giving credit to those who help you. You'll soon see more and more referrals. Don't be afraid to ask for referrals or even letters of testimonials for future brochures, website, and other advertising medium.
The thank you note is practical.
Extending the favor back to them is always good.
Networking is a two way street. You each refer the other for the business.
Always nice is a lunch out. Ask them if you can buy them lunch. This way you can thank them personally.
Bottom line: NETWORKING has many ways to do it. No cost networking is they refer you out and you refer them out.
make strong connections, they will last..
If you reun a business that sells products-send a "thank you" coupon for pennies off or a "Freebie", you can also do that with a service (as in resumes).
