I have a cell #, but I need an address, does anyone know of a site that will not charge a fee?
Answer:
did you try whitepages.com?
Information is a commodity to bought, sold and traded. Fairness has nothing to do with the existence or non-existence of an information book, like the phone book. The phone book exisists because the publishers charges an arm and a leg for all those ads. He gets to charge alot for all those ads because he's promised the advertisers that a lot of readers will see the ads. The only way he can promise that is to give the book away for free. Maybe you should go into the business of publishing a cellular phone book and you'll be rich.

The federal gov't recently made it illegal to obtain personal information from cell phone numbers. This might work.
Step 1 - Call phone number that you have.
Step 2 - Ask them what there address is.
