Coin dealers?

My first answer to this question is to contact a local coin club. The members know which dealers are honest and which have, lets say, moral challenges. You can check www.money.org (ANA website), for local clubs.
I've always thought using mail order coin dealers and also buying during daylight hours at coin shows were the best. Remember to have insurance on everything you own and be careful that you're not open about your collecting habits or you'll be robbed.
