If you're talking of credit card payments - none, even Paypal. These companies side with the buyer immediately.
My merchant account charges me a chargeback as soon as a buyer complains -- even in instances when I have refunded the buyer already. If you get a chargeback, your merchant account provider won't even hear of you proving that you have shipped the item -- not even delivery confirmations or signed receipts that the buyer got the item. As long as a buyer complains, you get a chargeback immediately, no ifs and no buts.
It's hard to be a seller.
There is only Paypal. Grin and bear it.

I still find Paypal to be one of the best. Paypal will protect the seller as long as the buyer has a verified address and is NOT outside the USA.
Money orders are safer than paypal though lazy buyers tend to take their sweet time to get them & send them.

Paypal is the safest and it does protect the seller. Read about it on their site.
PayPal does protect the seller. I know when you submit a dispute, PayPal gets both parties to say their sides of what happened and usually does it right.
