What should i do or what can i do ?

I was looking on a prepaid web site and it interested me, so i went forward to apply online. i was going through the step-by-step guide sorta thing and at the very end it said there were charges. a charge for the card and a monthly fee and something else. see, normanlly i look at the faq's, but there wasnt any (well if there were, then it must have been really, really small print). anyways, during the step by step application form, it said something about ID, it asked for either a driving licence or a passport(which i dont have), so on the form i ticked none. in the last step(where it told me about the charges). it said they will be writing to me and i will have to send ID. See i dont want to go through with it cos of the charges(would have know if i could have seen them faq's). if i dont send ID does that mean the account wont open, like just ignore. what should i do or what can i do ?

Answer:
NO don't finish it. Probably a theft identity thing.
Don't do it. Big mistake.
Go back to the website and see if there is a link to contact them and then tell them of your concerns, or when you get anything in the post from them you can write to them
Surely they can't charge you for something that you haven't yet (and won't) activate? Should be a cooling off period too- usually 14 days. Somewhere on the site should be a phone number to discuss with one of their staff so do that before anything else I reckon.
when asking for your ID . never give it.you don't know the web site and if it is reliable.. mistake i feel if you do anything ..
Dont go there it sounds like a con to me
please dont do it - that is a con which my friend fell for too. the people who set them up have very good fake websites and everything - just BE CAREFUL please. and NEVER send your passport or driving licence in the post!
With any financial agreement there is always a "cooling off period" usually it is 14 days. In this time you can change your mind, If this is a genuine company they should send you an agreement form to sign and return, also a form to return if you wish to cancel. They may not set the agreement up without your ID.!!
Contact your bank and explain the situation, the name of the site and the amount they said they would charge if they gave this information. DO NOT SEND ANYONE ANY ID.

I have been using the Internet since they had 14k modems. Nobody who is not trying to get money from you asks for ID. NOBODY,.

You ID is the three digit code on the back of the credit card. Don't give that away either.
Don't worry and don't do a thing. No, the application simply won't go any further unless you go ahead and send them all the required paper work :) Nothing to worry about. Just ignore the letter when it comes and bin it.
No.Don't go through it. Don't provide ID..Try to cancel the thing!
no way, too risky
Yes..if they asked for ID and you can't supply any, it is very unlikely that they will proceed. Don't worry about it.
if you just ignore it they cant open it w/o id
