yes if you have great credit, and don't really need a credit card - it is definitely negotiable - so ask, i got one free for life no fees ever. but i hardly ever use it I just have it in case of catastrophe

Most companies will waive their yearly fee if you just ask. Only suckers pay that. As for interest free, American Express still has a credit card that has no interest.but you have to pay off the balance each month. Debit cards are free of interest.
