What do you think of this new Bopo card?

Its like a prepaid Visa but you dont have to be 18 to get it :D
I just got one i found them to be great, and you can use it any were, its just like a Visa..

I think you may find yourself paying alot of money in fees (see the schedule of fees link). Also, one of the ways you puchase this card is with a credit card. Why would you need to buy this if you alredy have a credit card?
