Can I pay each rent with cash or check?
Answers:
some landlords love cash, but for you're own safety, its better to pay with a check so that there is a record of payment.
yes, you should be able to...cash/check/money order...whatever
It's all up to the landlord (or rental management). But most will accept many types of payment, including those!
Most places won't take cash. and depends on the place, some places are more willing to trust ppl than others. Personally I think the credit system we have now is beyond ridiculous and should be abolished. Its abused too much. I think ppl should have to build credit with each place they deal with individually. the way it was way back when.

Sure - but be sure to always get a receipt. Cash doesn't leave any footprints.
If your credit is bad, some landlords will NOT rent to you, even if you pay cash in advance.
In this case, you'd better pay by cash,if they accept your application.
this day and age they will probably run a credit check, but a bribe still works in modern society.
Definitely, pay with either cash of check. But I would recommend paying with check because you will literally have two receipts,
1.) the cancelled check and 2.) the bank statement
Cash is fine, just get a receipt. You never know when you might need to prove that you actually paid rent for the month.
Good luck!
