Rush Card?!?

why do you need to provide a SS# for a Rush Card? Are there any catches to it?

Answers:
There's no catch to it at all. You have to provide a means to identity yourself due to the U.S. Patriot Act of 2001 whenever you apply for a bank account or anything that has to do with banking
