I have a credit card that is suspended not inactive secondary to late payments however it is almost paided off

will the bank - MBNA change the status to active?

Answer:
They might. Call and ask them to change it.

Don't take no for an answer. If the first person you speak to says no, speak to a supervisor/credit analyst or call back and speak to someone else. Try, try, try again.

If that fails, try a letter to them on PlanetFeedback.
Call them and get it active.
