Receiving payment on eBay?

i just bought a pair of jeans on eBay and i have to return them back as they are to small. the seller said she would refund the cost into my paypal account. i dont understand how this works. i have a paypal set up but do i have to do something in order for her to pay into it

Answers:
Nope- I sell on ebay and all we do is give you a refund into your paypal acct. You don't have to do anything.
No once you have sent the jeans back, the seller will then reverse payment minus the cost of postage and packaging back to your account. You dont have to do any thing
As long as she has your information, which she should since you paid her...she just enters your email address in the payee box.
If she has your email address which you use on paypal then you don't need to do anything she can make payments to anyone on paypal if she has their email addy.
no she will just pay it back into your pay pal account, which you can then transfer to your bank account.
Dont worry its all secure.
normaly you dont do anything,

but i have heard that sometimes paypal ask you to verify your account, usually by means of proving you are who you say you are to paypal.
All you have to do is return them and the seller will do the refund from their end. I sell on ebay and refunded some money once because of over payment on the shipping.
If the funds don't appear in your account. I'd file a claim with PayPal.

Have you returned the jeans?
BE SURE TO RETURN THE JEANS WITH TRACKING! YOu want to be able to prove that the seller actually did recieve them.
( As a seller, I would not allow a pair of jeans to be returned to me because they do not fit- so I think that this is a great seller and she probably wont give you any grief, but in case she does, you are going to need proof that you returned them)
If you don't get your money within a week or so, file a complaint with paypal and they will get your money back for you.
