well to start with it is illegal according to ebay for you to bid on their stuff...you have to be 18 to have an account.

You can open a paypal account. I dont want to give you any advice that is illegal so I am just saying that if a person wanted to open an account, this is what they would do.
I am not suggesting that YOU do this.
So you go to www.paypal.com
I believe that they want you to give them a checking account number. If you dont already have one, just go to the bank. If you are still in school, you should be able to open an account with 10 or so bucks.once you have the account, you enter it in on paypal's website and wallah! You are in business.
YOu can still use the gift card to pay
when the 'payment option screen' comes up you merely click 'alternative payment source' and put in the card you have.

you should be able to get the pay pal system but you might need and guardian or parent to help you out with it. Its worth getting. And always read the fine print
