What is the credit score I need to qualify for an Starwood Amex Card?

I have a farly low score, but it's improving. Was wondering if there a a certain number that you need to get approved. I don't want an unnecessary inquiry unless I'm pretty sure I can get approved. That's why I'm curious about the cutt off point.

Search for Starwood Amex Card in a "Credit Pulls Database". You will find other people who have applied and have either been accepted or denied and what scores they had.
If you have a job and you have been in that job for minimum 3 months and also you don't owe a lot of money, you will most likely be qualified for it. I think over 720 is a good score for them to give you the card.
Try to not touch any card (closing/opening) for a few months and then apply. showing recent activity on your credit history is not good.

If you already have a low score but it is improving why get another card? Why go through all the trouble to get approved for the card? Think about all the trouble that credit has caused you. Normal is broke. Normal is having credit cards. Why don't you be different and cut up those cards and close those accounts. Sure your score will tank a little but what will it matter if you're not trying to get anymore credit. Be free pay cash for your stuff. The car drives different when you own it. Your job feels different when you know that you are working for you and not to pay the credit card bill. Good Luck.
